Louisa Paola

Louisa manages the strategic and operational direction of the business.  Louisa has been a management consultant for a number of years working for both private and public sector organisations.  Her specialism is improving a business’ productivity through outsourcing.

She has extensive knowledge of facilities management companies and has helped many private and public organisations successful outsource their FM functions. 

Throughout her career she has developed her skills through continued professional development.  She has a Master of Business Administration qualification, is a qualified book keeper and holds a Certificate in Safety Management. 

In addition Louisa is a member of The Institute of Leadership and Management.
